Ralph Meyer is currently Director of Organizational Effectiveness for the Tremco Group a 1.3 billion subsidiary of RPM Inc. a 3.3+ billion holding company with more than 35 operating companies globally. His current responsibilities include being an HR Business Partner for Sealants and Euclid Chemical divisions. With over 30 years experience as a business leader, Ralph has a broad background in hospitality, service, manufacturing, operations, and high tech organizations. He has developed and led seminars for the private and public sector in a variety of settings and served as an Adjunct Professor at the Community College level teaching business and management courses. Ralph holds a Masters in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Rutgers University. His undergraduate degree from Ithaca College is a BFA in Music. A Hudson, OH resident since 1994, he currently conducts the Western Reserve Community Band, plays tenor sax in the Northeast Ohio Jazz Orchestra and performs with a local saxophone quartet.
