Mitch Renko
Born and raised in Northeast, Ohio, Mitch began his musical career at the age of sixteen when he fell in love with the drumset. After studying with the renowned Bob McKee, his early musical years were spent travelling the country as part of "The Jerry Tiffe Show". Six years of travelling and some serious soul searching led him to return to school, resulting in a degree in Information Technology. This career has involved working as both an independent consultant and employee for various businesses, including JoAnn Stores, Alltel and Progressive Insurance. Mitch is currently employed by Key Bank as part of its Wealth Development segment. While pursuing his career, Mitch continued to play with various local groups, including Ken Peplowski's "Harmony Kings" and the "Crowd Pleasers". He believes his greatest contribution to music is his son Steve Renko, who at age twelve supplanted him as "Best Musician In The Family".
