On Friday, March 20, 2026, we welcomed co-founder and former CJO administrator Gary Scott into the Cleveland Jazz Orchestra Preservation Circle.

Gary Scott helped rename the orchestra and oversaw the process to file the CJO’s 501(c)3 papers. Scott served the CJO as Executive Director from 1984-1988.

In fall 2024, we lost Anna Greenfield and Joe Mosbrook.

We will always be grateful for their unflagging support of the CJO over the years.
